PERSIAN CARROT SALAD is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Salad Recipes
Put carrots into a bowl. Cut peel and pith from oranges. Remove segments and chop. Add to carrots with raisins and almonds.
To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or screw-top jar. Add to salad. Toss together, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve garnished with lime slices.
