Mango and Prawn Chutney (Aam aurJinga Ka Chutney) is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Indian Recipes

4 oz. dried Prawns
3 green Mangoes
2 Onions
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons salad Oil
2 Teaspoons Chilli powder
2 oz. roasted gram flour
Salt to taste
Toast dried prawns in a heavy frying pan and grind or pound to a powder. Peel the mangoes and grate them. Slice the onions and garlic finely. Heat oil and fry the onions and garlic till golden brown. Lower the heat and add prawns, mangoes and remaining ingredients. Mix well and remove from heat. Cool before bottling.
