Loki Ka Halwa Recipe
when I first made this dish my mother complimented me that it is exactly like what we eat in wedding ceremonies....

1. Pour milk in a wok along with elaichi and sugar.mix food color with 2 table spoon milk n pour it in to a wok.when it boils mix crushed(kadu kash) loki in it.
2. Let it cook on normal flame. When milk dries low the flame n put ghee into it n mix it well.
3. Put half khoya into it n mix it well.
4. Put off the flame n put some dry fruits in it.
5. Now garnish it with remaining khoya n dry fruits.
