apricot (fresh) 1/2kg
Sugar 1 cup
Almond 1 cup
zarda colour 1/4 spoon
Custard powder (vanilla) 2tsp
Milk 1kg
Sugar 3tsp


How to make khubani ka meetha with custard



FOR APRICOT
take water in a pan and add apricot on low heat for whole night,
when apricot leave the seeds take out the seed and get almonds.
add zarda colour in a mixture.
cook till its become in brown colour.
take in a bowl add all almonds put in a fridge.
FOR CUSTARD
boil milk add sugar stirr very well.
1/2 cup milk add custard powder stirr well and add in milk.
take in a bowl and put in a fridge.
serve khubani ka meetha with custard
