Hyderabadi Pasinday Recipe
Its very special to me because its a traditional recepie originated from Hyderabad deccan, which is very popular because of its taste.It is a main dish prepared on special occassions like on weddings,Eids and in dawats too. Hope you will also like it.

Step 1- Take a bowl ,in it marinate undercut beef sliced with papaya paste,ginger garlic paste and salt. Leave it for 1 /2 an hour.
Step 2- In the marinated mixture all the ingredients like golden fried onions.yogurt,coriander, mint, green chillies, almonds paste, kaju paste, coconut powder paste, turmeric and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 3- In a cooking pan ,heat oil and put all maninated mixture in it.Cook till the water dries and oil is extracted from the pansinday curry. Add little bit water for gravy if desired.Ready to serve.
