First half boiled rice with food colouring if one colour if you need different colour just boiled simple water and drain water both types of rice after drain simple rice put different food colours on the rice all over the rice then make a sheera in different pot and then put almands,raisans,coconut chips any thing you like cooked five minutes and then mixed boil rice and then cooked in a low heat and zarda ready to eat
