Chichken 1/2 kg
Capsicum 3 chopped
carroat 3 chopped
Corn flour 2 spoon
soya sauce 2 spoon
Chilli sauce 1-1/2 spoon
black papper 1 spoon
Vinegar 1/2 spoon
chinese Salt 1 spoon
Garlic slIced cut 1spoon
Ginger cutted 1 spoon
Crushed Red chillies 1 spoon
Chichken Ginger masala (of any brand) 2 spoon
Lemon 1
Oil 3 sppon


How to make Hot Chicken Vegetable



In a bowl Mix chichken , 1 spoon soya sauce, 2 sppon corn flour, 1 spoon black papper, Vinegar, and crushed red chilies and chinese salt 1/2 spoon , normal salt to taste,mix it well. and rest it for 1/2 hour.
After !/2 hour
take a pan heat oil, put marinated chichken and fry it for 10 minustes, then take it outside and then fry ginger and garlic , till it brown then put carrot fry it for 3 minutes then add capsicum and soya sauce 1 spoon , chilli sauce 1 spoon , black papeer to tase, chinese salt 1/2 spoon, normal salt to tase,Chichken ginger masala 2 spoon and 1 lemon, fry it for 5 minutes then add fryied chicken fry it for 2 minute , serve with Fried Rice.
Its mouth watering dish try it just for one try and you love it its guaranted.
