Hot and Sour Soup Recipe
Hot and Sour Soup is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Chinese Recipes
1) Sugar 1 tbsp
2) Salt To taste
3) Chinese Salt 1/2 tbsp
4) White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
5) Food Colour (Red or Orange) 1 pinch
6) Chicken Boneless(shredded) 200 gm
7) Cabbage 40-50 gm
8) Carrot 40-50 gm
9) Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
10) Lemon JuIce 1 large
11) Cornflour 1/2 cup
12) Eggs 3
13) Chicken Powder 2 tsp
14) Chilli Sauce 15 ml
15) Prawns 100 gm
Hot And Sour Soup Method / Tarika:1. Boil 2 & 1/2 cups of water.
2. Now add chicken powder and mix well.
3. Then add sauce, spices, sugar, chicken and prawns and cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Now add ketchup and vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Beat eggs and add in the soup, stirring slowly and continuously.
6. Now mix cornflour in al little water, avoiding lupm formation, also add food colour in it and slowly mix in the soup.
7. Add lemon juice in the end and cook for 10 minutes and serve.
