Apple 2
Salad leaves 1 bunch
Cottage cheese 1 cup
Walnut 50 gm
Garlic 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Honey 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp

How to make Honey Winter Salad

METHOD:

Chop 1 bunch of salad leaves, 2 apples, 1 cup cottage cheese and 50 gm walnut.

Put in a bowl.

In another bowl mix together 1 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp honey, 1 tsp chopped garlic, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper.

Pour dressing on top of chopped vegetables mixture and serve.
