Ingredients
1/2 tbsp butter (melted, salted)
1 tsp salt
2 cups raw unshelled Peanuts*

*If you can’t find unshelled or facing difficulty in removing their shells, placed the peanuts in the fridge overnight. Shell then easily peel out with hand.
How to make Home-made Roasted Peanuts (Salted)

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Dissolve salt in melted butter.

Pour peanuts in mixing bowl, drizzle over salt and butter mixture. Mix thoroughly, using hand.

Place baking paper on cookie sheets, spread peanuts over it.

Bake for 10 minutes it should be beautifully brown and crispy. Be careful to not burn them out.
