Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
• Onion 1 chopped
Tomato 3, chopped.
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
• White pepper ½ tsp
• Chille Garlic sauce 4 tbsp
MUSHROOM SAUCE
• Flour 1 tbsp heaped
Salt ½ tsp
• White pepper ½ tsp
Capsicum 1 chopped
Cream ½ cup
Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Mushrooms 6-8 slIced
Water 1 cup
BOiled rIce to serve


How to make Henny Penny Chicken



- Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion and fry, when translucent, add chicken n tomatoes n fry.
-Cover the wok n let the chicken n tomatoes tender.
-When water dries, add salt, white pepper, chili garlic sauce n mix.
-In another pan add butter, sliced mushrooms n add flour n fry for 1-2 mins.
- Add salt n white pepper, cream n mix, add water n mix thoroughly.
-When thick add capsicum n cheese n mix .
-Add this mushroom sauce to chicken mixture n mix n cook for 1-2 mins.
-Ready serve it with plain rice.
