Gulab Jamun Recipe
Gulab Jamun is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Riwaiti Mithaiyan
Pour sugar and crushed cardamoms into water and cook until sugar totally dissolves. There is no need to check for consistency or taar in it.
In dry milk, put all ingredients and knead it well. Make tiny balls out of it and fry it on medium flame until it turns brown in colour.
It depends how you like gulab jamun , if you like darker colour, then fry it a bit more. Garnish it with pistachio and almonds ( optional)
