Runner-Up Ramadan Recipe Contest 2012

Chicken Full (cut into 4 large pieces)
yougurt half cup
red Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon heaped
cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
corriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juIce juIce of 2 Lemons
gram flour half cup
Ginge Garlic paste 2 Teaspoons full
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
FOR salad
Capsicum
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Onions
red Kidney Beans bOiled
sweet Corn
white chick peas
half cup of each ingredient listed for the salad
Thousand Island Dressing
1 cup
1,Marinate chicken with all the spices , yogurt ,lemon juice and ginger garlic paste for at least 4 hours
2.Transfer marinated chicken into cooking pan and cook it until all the water dries.
3.Let it cool down for an hour .
4.Sprinkle gram flour on it and fry in medium hot oil for about 10 minutes until comes out with golden brown color .
5.Serve with French fries and bean salad
Bean Salad
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and chill it before serving
