Fish Fried Rice Recipe
Fish Fried Rice is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Sea Food Recipes
Fish Boneless- 3/4 lb
Fish Fried Rice Method / Tarika:Cut fish into small pieces. Marinate it for 10 minutes with soya sauce and half tsp of pepper powder.Just before frying add in corn starch and toss and fry fish till done.
(I used King Fish)
Cooked RIce- 3 cups
Onion - 1 medium
Spring Onions - a little
Capsicum - 1 cup
Celery- 1/2 cup
Soya sauce- 2 tsp
Fish sauce- a few drops(optional)
Chilly sauce- 1 tsp
Oyster sauce- 1/2 tsp ( optional)
Carrot- 1 small
Ginger- 1inch thick
pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Corn starch- 1 tsp
Keep this aside.
In the same oil add garlic and ginger and fry for a minute.Next add onion and continue stir fry followed by chopped celery, spring onion,capsicum and carrots.
When the vegetables are almost done add in all the sauces and fried fish and stir fry for a few seconds.
Now add cooked rice and stir and mix well. Fish fried rice is ready.
