Ingredients

For Dough
• Egg 1
• Flour 750 gm
• Yeast 1 tsp
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Oil 2 tsp
• Salt ¼ tsp
• Lukewarm water as required
For Filling
• Mince ½ kg
• Pizza sauce 1 cup
• Mozzarella & cheddar Cheese 1 cup
• Onion chopped 1 cup
• Mushrooms 4
• Olives 4
• Capsicum ½ cup
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Chaat Masala 1 tsp
• Oregano ½ tsp
• Salt ¼ tsp

How to make Easy Mince Pizza By Rida Aftab

METHOD:

For Filling
1. Marinate ½ kg mince with 1 tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp Chaat Masala. Now cover and cook in a wok till mince is tender. Turn the flame off.
For Dough
2. In a bowl mix together 750 gm flour, 1 tsp yeast, 2 tsp oil, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 egg and knead to soft dough with lukewarm water. Leave it to rise. Knead again, roll in square shape. Spread 1 cup pizza sauce, now spread mince filling, top with 4 chopped mushrooms, 4 chopped olives, ½ tsp oregano, ½ cup capsicum, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated oven of 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Easy mince pizza is ready to serve.
