wow, its picture looks like a mystery magic. BTW adding almonds in any recipe, you would find great taste. ALmonds taste very very nice when eaten separately and they add superb taste to any recipe they are added to..that's why i roam over internet to find almonds dishes.

Almonds Recipes are very common in Pakistan and India. Almonds infuse a very pleasant and aromatic flavor in foods and so it was added a regular ingredient of certain foods and recipes. Almonds are usually used to prepare sweet dishes and desserts. Almonds are added in Sheer Khurma, Cakes, Biscuits, Custards, Halwa, Kheer and in many other sweets and desserts. Use of almonds in foods is not limited to Pakistan and India, it is part of all cuisines in the world. From cakes of largest bakeries of the world to badam phirni of local streets vendors, almonds are the same, the heart of the recipes.

Almonds are used in different forms in foods. They are ground, chopped, blanched or used intact or as paste in different kinds of recipes, as per the requirement of the recipe. Ground almonds are used in cooking vegetable korma, cakes, biscuits, sauces, cookies and pizzas. Blanched almonds are mostly used to make jelly cakes, halwa, rabri, meethe chawal (desi dish), some sort of daals, barfi and kulfi. Chopped Almonds are used to make Cassata, Ice Creams, Chocolate Pizza, Firni, Pera and some other sweets. Whether in any shape, any form, almonds are a must part of many local and international cuisines of the world.

Almonds are not only rich in taste but also rich in health and nutrition. Almonds are rich of dietary fiber, pyridoxine, copper, calcium, iron and a also a significant amount of magnesium. Almonds are helpful in reducing body cholesterol, reducing risks of heart diseases, protection against diabetes and cardiovascular disease, improve blood fats and also may help in losing your weight.
