Ingredients
Yogurt: 1KG
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 Tbsp
Salt: 1 Tbsp
Red Chillies: 2 Tbsp
Oil: HALF CUP
Chicken: 1KG
How to make Dahi chicken

METHOD:

1. Put half cup of oil in a sauce pan.

2. Add chicken and fry until it turns brown.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and keep frying for 3 minutes more.

4. Add yogurt, salt and red chillies.

5. Cover the sauce pan and cook at low flame for 20 minutes.

6. Dish is ready to serve. Have it with hot naan and raita.

Note: Dont add water in pan as it will affect the taste of yougurt chicken

eating it is a delight. actually I agree with adding yogurt in meat because it improves the taste and I think it lessens the hotness in the food. I support use of yogurts in foods especially in meat curries. I don't know about the recipes as my wife is here for me to cook for me however I can appreciate the taste and so I am doing it here.
