Crunch Almond Biscuit Recipe
Crunch Almond Biscuit is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Desserts Recipes
Mix together the butter and sugars till light and fluffy using an electric whisk. Now add the honey and vanilla and mix again. Combine it with half of the flour. When everything together combined then mix in the remaining flour.
Dust a work surface with flour and roll out the dough to about 5mm thick by rolling pin. Put the crushed almonds and extra 2 tblsp brown sugar on it, with different shaped biscuits cutter, cut out biscuits and place them onto the prepared baking trays.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the baking tray for the last 2 minutes to achieve an even bake.
After baking, leave on the baking tray to cool down. Once cooled, transfer to a cooling rack to cool down completely.
