Crispy Fried Fish With Fries Recipe

Classic fried fish is a tremendous recipe of fish Specially in Winters.This Crispy & Tender fish is prepared with a marination and batter and serve with fried potato,Its the Most Delicious & Scrumptious Seafood Meal because of Highly Fresh Fish Incoming during Winter, rich of Protein, Light Weight and Healthy Meal.Must try in a winter Season to feast you family with the Wonder's of this Season.

Fish Fillet – 1/2 kg
Self raising flour - 1 ¼ cup
Egg - 1
Chilli Powder – One 1/2 tblsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Mustard — 1/8 Teaspoon
Soda Water - half cup
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste — 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For Crispy Fries :-

Potatoes - 4 to 5
Corn Flour - Half Cup
Salt - for taste
Oil for Frying


How to make Crispy Fried Fish With Fries



1. Clean fish, Marinate fish with Chilli powder, salt, pepper, mustard, Ginger/Garlic Paste and vinegar,

2. Make batter with Egg, flour and soda water in a bowl, cover and refrigerate batter for About an hour,

3. Heat oil (Prefer Olive Oil), Dip fish in batter and Coat it Perfectly from all Sides,

4. Deep fry in hot oil until golden and crisp,

5. Serve with Crispy fries and Ketchup.

For Crispy Fries :-

1. Cut Potato in Half the long way lay,
2. Deep all fries in a bowl of Cooled Water for 10 Minutes (for Crispiness)
3. Rinse and Dry the fries, Coat it in Corn Flour
4. Heat Oil and Deep fry the fries until Golden and Crisp
5. Sprinkle Salt or Chatmasala,
6. Serve with CLASSIC FRIED FISH :)
