Chinese Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Egg fried rice is a quick and simple recipe, which you can make spicier by adding different sauces and spices. The recipe belongs to Chinese cuisine. 1) Basmati rIce 1kg(wash and soak for 20 minutes)
2) Eggs 6 nos
3) Green onion leaves 1 cup chopped
4) Capsicum 1 cup (julians)
5) White pepper crushed 1 Tea spoon
6) Chicken cube mixed plain flour 1 table spoon
7) Yellow color a pinch
8) Carrot 2 nos
9) Seasame Oil few drops
10) White Vinegar 2 table spoon
11) Oil half cup
12) Gralic peeled Cloves 6nos finely chopped


How to make Chinese Egg Fried Rice



1. Boil the rice to two into a large boiler with alot of water add 1 table spoon of white vinegar and salt.
2. When two boils come then remove the water and place to heat.
3. When it is heated then draw them out of boiler and spread over the newspaper by this method rice will be crispy and dry.
4. Add oil into a fyring pan and heat it and add garlic, egg, vegetables, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and plain flour and fry them, then add rice.
5. Now take two spoons into both hands and toss the rice on a high flame when everything is mixed well then add sesame oil and serve hot.

uble huwe chawal mujhe ziada pasand nahi lekin agar ache tarikay se banay hon or masala acha ho to mai boht like karta hun . taste or khushbu ye 2 cheezen honi chahiyen khane me jis ki waja se hamesha khana khanay ka maza do bala ho jata hai

prawns bhi dalte hain kiya is me? mujhe waise ye boht pasand hai lekin ek problem ye ho jati hai mai jab bhi egg ya koi garam cheez kha leti hun mera pait kharab ho jata hai. that's why I avoid egg foods.

good. chinese foods are very good specially their rice recipes are excellent. i am practicing to make foods my self but this is start so sometimes i get difficulty but i will keep practicing. I will start from rice recipes , and also make this egg rice.
