Jalfrezi (also written as zalfrezi, jaffrazi, jhal frezi etc.) is a curry recipe from Pakistani cuisine in which marinated chicken, fish or vegetables are deep fried in order to form a thick dry sauce. Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe includes mainly chicken cubes or boneless chicken pieces. Additionally, it involves capsicums, onions, eggs, tomatoes, salt, red and green chili, coriander and garlic sauce.
