Chicken Broast Recipe
This recipe is special for me since my family love to eat it...and i love to make it...:)

Chicken with Skin -1.5Kg
Lemon JuIce -2tbsp
Eggs (Beaten) -2
Milk - 1/4 cup
Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Aginomoto - 1tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprike - 2 tsp
Oil (for deep frying) - As required
->Cut Chicken into 8 pieces and marinate with Salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
->Make a mixture of beaten eggs and milk and dip the marinated chicken in it.
->Mix the flour with salt,mustard,aginomoto,cinnamon powder and paprike and roll the chicken in seasoned flour.
->Deep fry on slow fire for 15 minutes.
->Serve hot with french fries,bun and yogurt.
