Tahir Chaudhary initiated his culinary training in Intercontinental hotel Dubai, where he got a food and hygiene diploma. For further training and expertise he went to France and Italy and received training in the east coast of Italy and Le Meridian Hotel France, completed mastered the art of French Cuisine.

The year 1998 was his dream year when he went to Singapore and gave training in different hotels and restaurants. He came back to Pakistan in 2005 and joined PC Gwadar as an executive chef. Afterward he became a part of Marriot hotel in Karachi again as an executive chef. Nowadays he is on Masala TV; his first appearance cooking show was Masala TV's well-liked program Lagocheena.

harisa chicken to bht spicy or mazaidar lag raha hai mujhe banwana pare ga or ab lazmi khana pare ga. ingredients bhi thore se hain itna koi mushkil to nahi lag raha banana. albatta ye harisa sauce mere liye bilkul new hai jo is recipe me use hua hai ye mai ne pehle kabhi nahi istamal kia. lekin le ke aungi to phir kha ke dekhte hain.

the main core of the recipe is harissa sauce. Rest of the ingredients are just used as filler spices. Though, I have not used harissa sauce before, I am thinking to bring it and make couple of dishes with it. It looks interesting to me.

ok, I got the sauce step but after it , you have written that place pyaz wedges, what it means? There is nothing mentioned along the word pyaz in the list of ingredients. Though looks nice and as you clear me with my question, I will head to my kitchen to make it.
