Rida started her career in 2005 with a popular cooking show "Pak Raha Hai Kya"; later she came on different other television programs. Currently, she appears in a famous cooking show "Tarka" on Masala TV Channel. She has a huge following on Television and Social Media. Each of Rida Aftab's recipes brings something new and unique to taste.


Every time she presents in the show, there is something new for the viewers and that's the reason her recipes are highly appreciated by her fans. Her humble personality, her pleasant style and interesting recipes every time delight up the viewers. Since the first release of Tarka till the date, she has gained nearly 2 lacs followers on Facebook. She is good teacher, good teller and a good presenter. She makes recipes from complicated cuisines easy to understand for her fans which is less to be seen in others.


Chef Rida's approach meets the range of housewives. She chooses recipes with excellent taste with low or medium cost ingredients which almost all house-women look for. When she cooks, there always are the wonders which come out of the pot.

I don't know if she is coming in tarka programme or not. I watch her videos on youtube , there are hundreds of her videos available at youtube channels. Go and watch and learn . I like to learn from her because she is very nice.

Oho, now I see that the fish required in the recipe is in large chunks. I recently got some fish but I bought fingers. Can i make this biryani using fish fingers?. Wanna be sure before making, otherwise I would have to wait and plan to visit market for buying chunks.

This is the season of fish so we can enjoy all our favorite fish recipes. and one of them is a tasty fish biryani. I have eaten it before and I want to enjoy it again this time. I have got 2 kgs finger fish which I can fry or use for biryani making.

machli ki biryani kabhi kabhi thori rookhi si lagne lagti hai. koi aisi tip bataye keh chawal rookhe na hon or munasib lagen. Jese chicken biryani mei chicken juicy hota hai khane me maza ata hai lekin pata nahi kiyun machli bilkul khushk hoti hai.
