Wash gram lentil with lukewarm water, now boil with water till tender. cool and chop in a chopper.Heat 2 ½ cup ghee or oil in a wok, add in ground mixture of 8 green cardamoms and 1 tsp sugar.
Fry well till golden brown in color. Now add chopped gram lentils and fry well. Then add in 2 ½ cup sugar.Cook till sugar melts, then add 2 cup dry milk powder and chopped walnut as required. Fry well. Cook till ghee come on top.
Spread mixture in a greased serving dish. Garnish with khoya, chopped almond and pistachios
