1 kg Brinjals.
4,5 Onions.
4,5 Tomatos.
2 tsp Garlic //paste//.
2 tsp Ginger//paste//.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chilli powder.
2 tsp Zeera and sukhi dhanniyan.
4,5 Green chillies.
1 Hara dhanya.
6,7 Lemon juIce only
Oil hasbe zaroorat.
Water same.
1 cup Dahi.
First cut the bayguns into circle shape and fry it in the oil. Then ek kardahi mein buhat sa oil dal ker chaqor shape mein kate onions dal kr use golden brown hone tak frie karen .phir is mein chakor shaped kate huwe tomatoes dal ker khub pakayen ab is mein namak lall mirch aur bhuna howa zeera aur bhuni hui sukhi dhaniyan dal den sath is mein golden frie kye hua bangun dal ker khoob mix krne k bad dhakan se dhak den.
