Ingredients

1 Bread
1 bottle Orange marmalade
1 packet Brown sugar
1 packet Raisin
1tsp Cinnamon crushed
1 packet Butter
1 liter Fresh milk
1 cup Sugar
3 packets Fresh Cream
3 Eggs
as required Grape juice

How to make Bread And Butter Pudding

METHOD:

In a mixing bowl be a together the milk, cream, eggs and sugar Slice the edges of the bread slices and spread a layer of butter and marmalade onto each slice. Cut each bread Slice into two triangles.

Grease a baking tray ,line it with the bread slices. Sprinkle the raisins and brown sugar on top. Then add the grape juice and powdered cinnamon.

Finally with the help of a spoon spread the beaten milk mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
