If I want to make pasanda, which meat should I buy? and which one is the best meat to cook a pasanda dish? beef, chicken or mutton? I am interested in cooking it but me and my wife have no idea of it. It will be first time for us to cook it and eat.

Pasanday is always very tasty and as per my opinion, this is because they are made with prime cuts of meat. You cook it 10 times and it will be awesome each time. Selection of meat matters. Anyway, whichever meat you use, try to make its pasanda salan.
