nice looking paratha. I want exactly same aloo paratha as shown in the picture. Its picture shows how tasty and crispy it will be. All parathas are best with achar and raita and with a green spicy chatni. sometimes another kind of chatni also works the best like imli chatni.

Parathas provide great food combination , I sometimes eat them in breakfast or lunch and even at night , because they can be eaten with just achar or raita or even a green chutney which is almost always available at home. It is not too light and nor too heavy. Waiting for more recipes of paratha in the similar style like this step by step.

The paratha recipes are my favorite. I enjoy making different kinds of parathas at home. My mom and sis call me in the kitchen to cook this and that foods but I never help them. But for my own self , I make paratha of different kinds. That's due to its taste. I like aloo paratha the most.

  • Saleema - Karachi Mar 03, 2017

I like special paratha recipes like aloo paratha, palak paratha and mooli paratha. An achar is must with it as it is nothing with achar taste. Aloo paratha is easy to make but keep it as thin as possible. Otherwise if paratha becomes thick on sides, it is hard to chew. I also keep a green chutney bowl with it for even better taste.
