Kachori (also written as Kachauri, Kachodi and Katchuri) is a very famous snack in Pakistan and different parts of India such as Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Bengal and Orissa. Kachori is made with maida (gram flour) and moong dal mainly however different cuisines and recipes may vary in ingredients. Famous variations of kachori are lachhedar kachori, dahi kheerey ki kachori and sweet upwas kachori.
