kachori is very tasty snack. Sometimes I wish I only have to eat kachories , no other thing in a meal that's why I like to visit mehndi and mayoon ceremonies because often the foods served in mehndi occasion are kachori tarkari, seekh kabab and sometimes chandan kababs.

recipe is though very lengthy but fruit for long working is sweet as well. These keema kachories are also available at sweet shops but I must say that avoid outside foods especially keema and fried foods. Do a bit hard work but make such things yourself at home with clean ingredients and pots.

Kachori (also written as Kachauri, Kachodi and Katchuri) is a very famous snack in Pakistan and different parts of India such as Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Bengal and Orissa. Kachori is made with maida (gram flour) and moong dal mainly however different cuisines and recipes may vary in ingredients. Famous variations of kachori are lachhedar kachori, dahi kheerey ki kachori and sweet upwas kachori. The kachodi snack was originated in India and with time, it got to become a famous everyday snack in other South Asian countries including Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

On the streets of large cities of the region, like Karachi, Lahore, Mumbai and Delhi, kachori spots are always crowded in the afternoons. After 12 pm to 3 pm noon, when students return to home from schools, and when office workers get a lunch break, kachori sellers have no time to even scratch their heads. Women also like this snack to prepare at home.
