Ingredients

Bread slices as reqd
1 cup boiled shredded chicken
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup mayonese
salt and pepper according to taste
3 eggs
bread crumbs

How to make Crispy Fried Sandwich

METHOD:

mix chicken, mayonaise and all veges in a bowl, add salt and pepper and mix well
cut bread slices in a roung or square shape and spread this mixture over bread slice and cover with another slice.
Dip sandwiches in beaten eggs and then coat with bread crumbs and deep fry.
